This truck was also manufactured in Romania, under the name "S.R."-101 (S.R. stood for Steagul Roşu = The Red Flag); the production started in 1954 or 1955; only a few of this trucks are still preserved (they where lucky, because, you can't find any Romanian bus manufactured before "T.V." 20, or any Romanian trolleybus manufactured before 1985-96).
A intresting featuring of this trcuks was the wood made cabin - once they exporte "S.R."-101 trucks into Africa - they left them one night outside, and in the morning the trcuks hadnţt had the cabin any longer - becuase the termites ate the cabins
I herad that the "Z.I.S. (З.И.С.)"-150 trucks where copied after a Canadian truck.
Why they called the model 150?
Here are some "Z.I.S. (З.И.С.)"-150 and some "S.R."-101:

And some "S.R."-101 at a parade on "Zilele Braşovului (The Brashov Days)" . "Autocamionae Braşov (Braşov Trucks)" is today's "S.R." name:

On "Z.I.S. (З.И.С.)"-150 where mounted in Romania wooden buses bodyes - the buses where used by R.A.T.A. (Regia Autonomă a Transportului cu Autovehicule = The Autonomus Administration of Autoviehicles Transportaion), founded in 1946, and later called I.R.T.A, I.T.A.
