Hi Veikko, this is a standard rear wheel from a 1937 to 1939 500cc. If the rim is 20" then it originally came from an Ulster - if 19" a Special or Sports Special. It is NOT an ISDT wheel which has 6 peg fitting rather than 3 pegs and 3 bolts as in this hub although the 3 pegs are missing - hope this helps
