I can help you with the information but my German is too bad. I\'m currently restoring 1949-year 1st series Pobeda.

Thanks a lot! For sure I will have a lot of Questions.... we can try it in english.......
My problem is, I have bought the car in Parts, so you can imagine it\'s not easy to find fitting parts together.......
Mainly I would need a lot of pictures- next time I will meet with a Pobeda owner here in germany, so I can took photos by my self.
But, anyway, there will be a lot of Questions left!

Gobi

by the way, my TopChop is done!
Watch my page (also the second)
I really like this project and I also have few questions.

Will engine, gearbox and axles be original?
Are you going to make car lower?

My german is quite bad and I cant understand most of your text in your site.

Good luck!

Gobi

Thanx!
Yes, the car will be lower. It's the question how to figure this out...

With the engine, I'm not sure in the momnet- I have 3 of them (!Rolleyes) but they are not verry strong I guess... I also own a M21 motor- better, but all changes will bring me in trouble with the TÜV (witch allows to bring a car on street in Germany)
