I have two specifying questions: 1) what is the duration of the agreement: p4 and p6 of agreement binds it to agreement or "dead end" with airline. Assuming there is no conclusion with airline, then what at what point I can consider the selling-agreement obsolete due to no results and approach airline via alternative channel? Can we add that to agreement? 2) p3 of proposed agreement points to me being informed in accordance with T&C specified @ address aireclaim.com. I can not find that info there. How can I track the status and do I have an independent source for verification info being up to date / correct? To avoid e.g. unfortunate scenario, where I have transferred my rights, successful claiming has happened but I miss that info and related money transfer to my bank-account? I mean where can I check that p4 in agreement is not violated - can I be included in all the correspondence with airline?
