The one in Saaremaa - it has awful prices for foreigners...
The front fork costs 219 SEK there, so it's not very much, if the fork is ok, but probably it has leaky gaskets, what aren't expensive.
I believe that whole headlight doesn't cost more than 80 SEK (the headlight in the link below doesn't fit your bike).
If you're interested, I can test, clean and take some fotos of the forks(that's not the only one) and stuff. The shop is 5km from me and I'm going there this week (Sorry madeinussr, I haven't had time yet but holiday is coming
