I have looked closely at your bicycle pictures.
Yes, it is Sarkana Zvaigzne. Actually it is not rare
here in Latvia and can be found in good condition.

I have the name plate of this brand in my museum in Saulkrasti.
The parts are absolutely the same like Erenpreis bikes had.
Thats all what I can say about it.
