To replace the gasoline engine by diesel, the Minsk Motor Plant suggests D245.9-2982.
The price of D245.9-2982 (for repowering ZIL-131, 136 hp) - USD 6400.
The price of the engine includes the cost of an installation kit.

Diesel engine D245.9-2982 complected by starter, generator, turbocharger, pneumo-compressor, clutch disk and fuel pump.
The design of diesel engine include gear box and mounting set of spare parts for the installation on the truck.
Mounting set of spare parts for the installation diesel engine on the ZIL-131 include water radiator, air cooler, air cleaner, sensors and relay. The oil radiator is not required as the engine has an oil-liquid heat exchanger.
