Kas tühikäik ka puterdab?
Kusagil foorumis leidub selline teadmine. FPR on fuel pressure regulator.
Rich running, no codes, stumble/occasional stall at idle. Cause, high fuel pressure at idle.
Traced back to collapsing vacuum line on FPR. Idle requires a lower fuel pressure, in order to open the injectors for longer periods of time for idle stability. With higher fuel pressure at idle. the car will attempt to trim the injector timing back but will get to a minimum and result in overfuel/lean conditions cycling.
This results in instability (stumbling) due to no available scope to balance injector timings.
Additional symptom is car will perform fine with more throttle, but only suffers at idle.
After replacing the vacuum hose to fpr, sharper response at low rev, improved fuel economy (provided not locked in standing traffic, would plummet my tank horribly with collapsing hose).

Life\'s journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting \"Holy s--t!....What a ride!
