Odavaim "projektihoidla" on kindlasti puitkarkass-katusealune, soovitatavalt isegi üsna lahtiste seintega. Seinad on olulised niipalju, et suurema tuisu ja lume kinni peab. Katus pigem eterniit kui plekk, siis ei hakka ka kondensvesi peale tilkuma.
Kinnine PVC või konteiner ei anna säilitustingimustele midagi juurde, pigem vastupidi.
